Becky Lindsey, LCSW

I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Spanish from Indiana University and my Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I have worked as a social worker in neuro & ortho at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, OH and then in Dialysis at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI. I was employed at Wayne State University Medical School implementing best practice protocols for Mental Health before moving to Colorado 8 years ago to raise our family. When we moved to Fort Collins I started a private practice providing counseling to older adults and working as a private consultant for families caring for older adults. I am married and have two boys ages 7 and 9 and a therapy dog named Bailey that volunteers with me at elementary schools. I love running, biking, traveling, cooking and hanging with my kiddos and husband.

My role at AFM is to provide additional support to patients who have complex needs. My role is to identify any barriers that impact a patient’s ability to have the highest obtainable level health and quality of life and link them to the education and/or resources that will help them succeed.
