Stephanie Lockwood, M.D.
Accepting new patients
Dr. Stephanie Lockwood was born and raised on the east coast and attended college at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She worked at IBM and then at a small Silicon-Valley start-up company before leaving the computer world for a career in medicine. She attended medical school at the University of California, Davis, and moved to Fort Collins for residency training at Poudre Valley Hospital. After graduating in 2004, she remained on staff at the residency program as a faculty physician before joining Associates in Family Medicine in September 2007. Dr. Lockwood enjoys all aspects of family medicine and her practice includes pediatrics, adult medicine, and women’s care.
Dr. Lockwood loves being part of the Fort Collins community. She enjoys traveling, hiking, running, reading, good restaurants, and especially spending time with her husband, Dale, and their two children.
