Jon S. Rubright, M.D.

Urgent Care Physician. Choose an office physician or provider for your regular care. Dr. Jon Rubright is a native of Colorado, raised in the small town of Hygiene, just outside of Boulder. He is part of an extended family that contains nine physicians, his brother and father specializing in family medicine as well. After attending Colorado State University in the late seventies and graduating from the University of Colorado Medical School, Dr. Rubright completed his family practice residency in Denver and Fort Collins. He then made Fort Collins his home, joining Associates in Family Medicine in 1996. Pediatrics, adult medicine, orthopedics, and sports medicine are the focus of Dr. Rubright's practice. Dr. Rubright and his wife, Dee are raising two sons. The all enjoy fishing, mountain climbing, and camping with their black Labrador retriever.

Frank Borzager, PA-C
Urgent Care
Urgent Care Provider. Choose another physician or provider for your regular care. Frank received his BS from Midwestern University in Physician Assistant Studies after a previous career as a botanist here in Colorado. His love of medicine came as a result of working with traumatically brain-injured patients in a community rehabilitaion center. Frank began with AFM in 1999. His background includes emergency medicine, with interests ranging from sports medicine to internal medicine. Frank has always had a great love of the outdoors which originally brought him to Colorado from Illinois in 1989. He has worked for Colorado Outward Bound and include mountain bike racing and fly fishing with his dog, Hank, among his pastimes.

Floyd V. Stephens, M.D.
Urgent Care
Dr. Floyd Stephens was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1973. He was admitted to the Academic Honorary Phi Eta Sigma Fraternity and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1977. He performed his residency in family practice at Ball Memorial Hospital, where he served as chief resident in 1980. Dr. Stephens joined AFM in 1980. He is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and by the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a member of the Larimer County and Colorado Medical Societies as well as having served as chairman of the Family Practice Department at PVH. Dr. Stephens enjoys the full scope of family medicine, including adult care and pediatrics, with a special interest in dermatologic conditions. He performs office surgical and diagnostic procedures including skin surgery, vasectomy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and colposcopy. Dr. Stephens is married to Kim. He pursues golf, hiking, and biking. He has a strong commitment to preserving and protecting our global and local environment.

R. Scott Anderson, M.D.
Urgent Care
Dr. Anderson is the newest member of our Urgent Care team. He comes to us with 25 years experience as a dedicated Family Practice Physician. Scott graduated from the University of Nebraska, Medical School. He had successful practices in Scottsbluff, Loveland, and Fort Collins. Since leaving private practice, he has devoted the last few years to a busy Urgent Care career and bring those valuable skills as well. In his spare time, you will find Scott on the golf course. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Sandy.
