Associates In Family Medicine offers a convenient, walk-in urgent care service when immediate care is needed. AFM Urgent Care hours are 8am-9pm daily, Monday through Saturday, and 9am-9pm Sunday, major holidays excepted. No appointment is necessary. Because we are conveniently located at the northwest corner of Horsetooth and Shields, immediate care for your family is just a short drive away.
On-site services include care for acute injuries and illnesses such as cuts, flu, sports injuries or simply as an occasional alternative to a scheduled office visit when your time does not permit.
We accept most major insurances but encourage you to review you health plan coverage for possible copays and deductibles that may apply in an urgent care setting.
