Melissa Brinkman, FNP

I was born and raised in South Dakota.

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota in 1998.

My husband and I fell in love with Fort Collins while visiting family and moved here in 2001.

Furthered my education with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2014.

Certificated through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

The emphasis of my nursing career has been in women’s health and the care of young families, but I enjoy caring for patients across the lifespan.

On my down time I love spending time with my family. We love going on camping trips, hiking, and fishing. I also enjoy jogging, walking my dog, and having get-togethers with family and friends.
